Dr. Modupé Aderibigbe, DPM
Dr. Modupé Aderibigbe hails from St. Louis, MO, where she attended McCluer High School. After graduating, she then went on to the University of Missouri-Columbia, where she earned a Bachelor in Science Degree in Biology. Dr. Aderibigbe then headed to the windy city for podiatry school to attend the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Sciences. While in podiatry school, she co-authored an article for the American College of Foot & Ankle Orthopedics & Medicine entitled “Patellofemoral Dysfunction: An Overview of Diagnosis, Management and Treatment.” She was also an active member of several organizations, including the American Association of Women Podiatrist, of which she later served as president.
After graduating from podiatry school, Dr. Aderibigbe moved to southeast Michigan for residency training at Southeast Michigan Surgical Hospital, formerly known as Kern Hospital. As the first podiatric residency program in the nation, the Kern Residency Program has trained several of the top podiatric surgeons in the world and has continued its legacy by providing Dr. Aderibigbe with excellent training in forefoot surgery, rearfoot surgery, and diabetic limb salvage.
Dr. Aderibigbe is very excited to join Foot Healthcare Associates. Her caring disposition, training and personal motivation will no doubt be an asset to our practice as well as to the patients she comes in contact with.
